PETITE EXHIBIT: Surprise: Mary's Pocket Watch
On episode 3 that aired on Monday, February 9, 2026 the appraiser Michael Larson assessed the late 19th century watch at the Georgia State Railroad Museum in Savannah, Georgia. The Corbit and Wilson family descendant Mary “Mollie” Cowgill Corbit Warner (1848-1923) secured her place in Odessa with her devotion of collecting family history and their artifacts, then presenting them with the David Wilson Mansion to the town of Odessa that would eventually become part of the HOF’s museum collection and complex. Visit the National Historic Register Wilson-Warner House to view this petite exhibit which gives some context to this historic artifact that is on loan to the HOF for just a short time.
