ART EXHIBIT: Legacy of Delaware: The Paintings of Howard Schroeder (1910-1995)
The exhibition includes artworks from private collections and artworks on loan from the Rehoboth Art League (RAL), and are on display at the National Historic Register Banking House, now the HOF Visitor Center, from Tuesday, June 30 to Sunday, August 30. Schroeder had a long relationship with the RAL as he was instrumental in creating their “the sketch group” and the popular “outdoor show”. Come rediscover this treasured artist or become introduced as a whole new audience to the beauty and unique character of Delaware’s coastal region.
Attend the reception on Thursday, July 16th from 6-8 pm to mingle with Schroeder family members and representatives of the Rehoboth Art League.
Please RSVP to Jennifer or 302-378-4119.
