Comments

The spoon has a shield at the tip of the twisted handle.  The shield design incorporates the "Red Hand of Ulster" over a red cross, against an orange background.  Much of the ancient province of Ulster is now Northern Ireland.  It is largely Scotch-Irish whereas the rest of Ireland is predominantly Catholic.  The bowl is not decorated.
