Comments

The plain, teaspoon-size spoon is made of horn or a type of plastic.  A silver cap conforming to the shape of the handle tip is held in place by a fastener.  A thistle, cast in silver, is attached to the handle.  It provides the only indication of origin or purpose for this spoon.
