“Edinburgh” is in the bowl. Registry number "RD291832," Chester silver hallmarks including an "R" date letter, and "JMB" touchmark are stamped into the back of the handle.

Comments
The twisted handle of the spoon terminates in a sculpted representation of a Scot dressed in a kilt and playing bagpipes. The bowl has Edinburgh, Scotland’s primary city, is rendered in an early English typeface in the bowl.
