2009.39.1 has a stress crack in the rim.

Comments

The broad, shallow soup bowls have white bodies and solid burgundy-colored rims bordered by thin gilded stripes.  A pseudo armorial device of two crossed key-like shapes within a pointed arch field decorates the rim.  The shallow foot ring is not glazed.
