Inscription
“GOOD LUCK” in raised lettering is on the handle shaft. “LIBERTY BELL / PHILADELPHIA” in raised lettering is inside the bowl; “LEVXXVVXPROC / INPHILADABYORD / PASS&STOW / PHILADA / [MDC]CLIII” is on the bell itself. “STERLING PLATE” is on the underside of the handle shaft.

Comments
The spoon has a rounded handle end with a raised image of two hands grabbing a large wishbone. Below it is a four-leaf clover. "GOOD LUCK" runs down the handle shaft to the bowl. Inside the bowl is an image of the Liberty Bell, complete with lettering on it that was cast into it by metal founders John Pass and John Stow, who recast the bell in 1753 to repair its crack.
The back of the spoon handle has a horseshoe along the edge of the tip. A heart is outlined below.
