Comments
The decoratively sculpted and pierced handle tip has a coat-of-arms of three golds fleurs-de-lis against a deep blue background. This design, strongly associated with Paris and France, is also the coat-of-arms for Wiesbaden, a city in Germany. That city name is emblazoned on the bowl.
The spoon is marked with an 800 on the back of the handle, representing the purity of the silver, namely 800/1000.
