Comments

This shallow bowl is decorated in a modern adaptation of traditional designs, notably a bird with a sprig in its beak in the center and the inside bowl walls resembling rim decoration with four panels.  The outside wall of the bowl has initials, perhaps those of a commissioned purchaser.

The earthenware bowl has a tin glaze that imparts the white color.  The glaze has a light pink tint.
