Comments

The saucer, unaccompanied by a cup of any kind, has a richly decorated surface of multiple stripes and bands, some rendered in pale pink and all highlighted by pink luster.  Green and reddish-orange details enrich the band of a stylized floral vine in the center.  Two concentric stripes mark the center of the saucer.

Pink lusterware was among the most popular of Staffordshire ceramics made for local consumption and for export.  It was very popular in the United States.
