Condition Notes

The inside of the rim has two areas of glaze loss.  The inside bottom of the bowl has some chips and losses.

Comments

The plate has a coggle-decorated rim and five linear decorative motifs, more or less parallel to one another, across the shallow body.  Each motif was made with a slip cup having four quills through which flowed the liquified yellow clay, or slip.
