Comments

The flat pan or platter has a smooth bottom, angled sidewall, and narrow rim.  The outside edge is rolled over an iron core or wire. The rim has a hole in it for hanging the pan when not in use.

These pans may have been used under a planter or similar container.  They are slightly larger versions of the pair of pans, accession no. 1971.1491.
