Comments
The large white bowl has a wide grape and grape-leaf border within narrow black-and-gold bands painted around the outside near the rim. The inside has a thin arrowhead border and a leafy spray in the center bottom. Two oval panels on opposite outer sides of the body show a sepia-colored phoenix bird (resembling an eagle) with out-swept wings. A floral spray separates each oval panel. A brown band encircles the outside of the foot.
