Comments
The lantern has a round body with a flat faced window in front, enclosing a single candle socket. The roof is conical and surmounted by a circular strap handle. Four holes in the roof exhaust heat and smoke. In addition, the roof has bands of slits and small holes. The lantern body is also decoratively pierced in S shaped curves.
The lantern exhibits little wear or deterioration from oxidation.
