“& CO / PERRY SON” within an encircling rope in a larger circle is embossed into the outside bottom.
Condition Notes
The chamberstick has been electrified. The tin coating appears to be wearing off or delaminating in places.

Comments
The chamberstick design is unusual, being a small pan attached above a larger one by a solid strap handle attached to each. The smaller top pan has a sheet metal candle socket in the center. The edges of the small and large pans are rolled.
The firm operated under the Perry, Son & Co. name briefly, but Richard Perry and his sons George and Edward were involved in the tinsmithing and japanning trade in Wolverhampton for most of the 19th century.
