Comments

The spoon has a handle tip decorated with a cloisonné image of a stylized flower against a blue background and within a white border.  In cloisonné, raised walls or barriers control the flow of enamels.  A bit more cloisonné decoration occurs on the handle next to the bowl.

The back of the bowl has “Pittsburg” [misspelled without “h”], which is the only place indication on the spoon.
