Comments

The spoon has a handle with a twisted shaft.  It attaches to a heart-shaped, gold-washed bowl that has “LOUISVILLE” (Kentucky) across it.  The opposite end of the handle is decorated with a narrow strap of silver tied into a bow.  One end of the strap curls around the handle.  The spoon is designed and made differently than almost all other American souvenir spoons.

It bears no maker or other marks.
