Please join us for a tour of this festive display of over 30 trees decorated by local families, schools, and organizations showcasing books and works of children’s literature.  Our Storybook trees exhibit is designed to promote reading and literacy,  and is appropriate for all age groups.

Reservations are required and participants are limited to 2 objects per person.

Volunteers Visit Hammond Harwood House, the "Jewel of Annapolis"

As part of our 2013 Guide Training Program HOF Docents are invited to join us for a visit to the spectacular Hammond Harwood House in Annapolis, Maryland. This National Historic Landmark was built in 1774 for the 25 year old tobacco planter, Matthias Hammond, and was the last building project of renowned colonial architect William Buckland.

Harvey is a member of the Wilmington Monthly Meeting and the Society of Friends, and Harvey is Custodian for the Odessa Friends Property. He will answer frequently asked questions about Friends Meeting and Friends who are also known as Quakers.
