BaileyVisit the beautifully appointed 18th century homes of the Historic Odessa Foundation to see the semi-abstract contemporary sculptures of our newest exhibit, Quarried, Carved, and Polished: The Stone Sculptures of Richard H. Bailey. This exhibit opens Tuesday, September 4 at 10 am and runs through until the end of October. Learn more about this exhibit » Richard H. Bailey, an award winning native born Delaware sculptor, has been carving various kinds of stone for over fifty years. He will be hosting a reception and lecture on Sunday, September 16 at 2 pm for those interested in learning about his wonderfully sculpted stone figures and creatures. Join us in this festive display of over 30 trees decorated by local families, schools, and organizations showcasing books and works of children’s literature.
