Dec 2, 2017 10:00AM HOF Participates in "Christmas in Odessa"The first "Christmas in Odessa" took place 53 years ago as a fundraiser for the Women's Club of Odessa. The purpose was to fund college scholarships for local high school seniors. With the help and cooperation of Odessa homeowners and the Historic Odessa Foundation, the Women’s Club of Odessa has provided scholarships to over 100 students. |

A map lecture by Joan Irving, Winterthur Paper Conservator, begins at 6:00pm and will last appoximately one hour. This event is free for HOF Members or $5:00 for non-members. |

His particular interest focused on North America and the mid-Atlantic region, and many of these maps were acquired by reference to 18th century William Corbit inventories for display in the National Historic Landmark Corbit-Sharp house restored by Mr. Sharp. |
